She might also be able to hop up on things and then over the fence. See my pullets in my avatar - they are on a 4 foot fence. They jumped on a branch that I put in a corner of their run and then up on the fence which divides the chicken and duck area. Does she have things to jump on near the fence?

Is she the only chicken? She may be lonely. It's possible that having company for her would stop her trying to leave.

No,she has her 4 sisters, her mom and 3 aunts.

No, everything close to the fence was taken down.

I don't think I'm going to cut her wings soon, It snowed a lot and all of my hens are locked in there coop.

Well I mean this for the next few days there not going to be leaving there coop.
Well my escaping hen Tilly did once, so I really hope she won't again.
