that's a nice thing to suggest but not everybody has a vet close that will see chickens, so would be better put " is a vet an option" and though hen hasn't layed yet, that is valid she is old enough to be laying so could very well be a reproductive disorder causing either Egg bound or internal laying, it's one we don't tend to think of in a pullet that hasn't started laying yet, Thanks for that catch.It might have sour crout or it might be eggbound.
But you should probably bring it to the vet just in case.
