I have one Australorp that is now over 3 years old. She's never been a good egg layer but continue to thrive. She's always had a big breast (crop?). Little Miss Buxom! 
She, for a good part of time, it has been hard to get around with all that going on in the front but probably in the last week or more, she been sleeping on the floor at night. I have put her up on perch at night but I think it's just hard for her to get up and down. She kind of acts like either she's hurt or leg or wing as she doesn't get around well and the other girls in their excitement some times run right over her even though she's probably the biggest of the flock. She also acts a lot of time in the evening like she's gagging. 
I have no idea what to do with her at this point.
She is still eating well and pooping as far as I know and always anxious for any snacks so any advice??
