What to do??

It is possible that she ate something bad or toxic, but it would be hard to know for sure. Could there be any mold in the feed? Having her neck drooping might be a sign of dehydration or a neurological symptom. If her neck was broken, she would not have been able to stand or walk.
No mold that I know of. It was getting dark so I couldn’t see well. I’m going to get up early and empty their feeder to check the feed. Then sanitize the food and water containers.
The begging to work on the coop & bedding.

I have had mold suddenly appear in metal trash cans of chicken feed or scratch grains. Usually, a drop or two of water has gotten into it. It can always be a guess when there is a sudden death. That is why the state vet is a good source, and will perform a neceopsy, if the body is kept cold, not frozen, and taken in or shipped overnight.
