I have 150 Cornish X broilers in three different tractors on pasture. Processing is scheduled for next Wednesday. I have six broilers that are very small, barely Cornish hen size. My processor said I should just cull and dispose of them. I am thinking I will hold these back and give them some time to grow up. I have more to be processed in a month. What do you think? Process, cull, or wait?

They seem happy and healthy, just little. Had one I held back earlier this summer. I fed him for 8 additional weeks and butchered him at 10 lbs. live weight. My last batch is from a different hatchery (I'm lucky we have two hatcheries in town, no mail delivery for broilers), so we'll see how this batch turns out.
