Hello.my broody hen is kicking eggs out of nest. She's sitting on 16 eggs

16 eggs is a lot for a hen to cover. Try candling and removing the clears. Also provide good nesting material to from a bowl shaped nest. I always have preferred grass hay - it makes a well formed nest.

My other hens were laying in her nest. I have straw in nest

You need to fence her off, so other hens don't continually add to the pile of eggs., and so when chicks the other chickens don't harm them. Sourland gave you very good advice about candling the eggs.
