I have a dozen one week old baby chicks. An eldery relative passed away today and we need to pack up the kids and drive an hour away. I will be there for 24 hours. Can I bring the chicks and their supplies in the car?
They would not have heat in the car although it is in the 90s here in south florida so I could keep the AC off. It is also 95% highway so no stop and go other than my neighborhood. I don't want to hurt them in any way. My MIL is happy to have them. I am just unsure about transporting them. What do you think? Thank you!
