what to feed after chichens are done laying eggs

Good question ... Are you meaning they stopped due to the weather changing or age?
I can't help, I feed mine Flock Raiser with Oyster Shells in a separate dish ... Easier than "stage" feeding and having a mixed (sex/age) flock.

If they have aged out go to just all flock unless you have younger birds laying but layer will not harm them even if you leave old birds on layer

I too feed all flock with oyster shell by choice and also grind and feed egg shells back to my girls. That way nature tells them when they need what they need and no pain feeding pullets, layers, granny birds or ducks. Just one feed
