What to feed breeding bantams

Hi
I am getting a trio of lavender Pekins (Cochin bantams) next week
Can I feed them layer pellets?
Can the rooster eat the same as his hens?

Yes that is fine. It seems like they eat less of the pellets than crumbles for me in the warm months. Gives them a reason to hustle for their own I suppose.
