What to feed chicks and flock

I have 8 baby chicks that are living in the coop with the rest of my laying flock with their mama. They are not venturing into the run and trying to eat the layer food. What organic feed can I give the entire flock? 8 chicks and 10 layers. Thanks!

Back when I started raising chicks with adult chickens, I went to an all flock feed, Purina Flock Raiser, and never went back to layer feed. I just feed oyster shell free choice and this has worked splendidly for the past eight years. I'm sure there is an organic all flock feed. Perhaps your feed store could order it for you.
