I have been raising chickens and rabbits for a few years now, this summer I will be adding some runner ducks and want to know exactly what I should be feeding them, I start my meat chicks out on starter then switch them to a local made poultry feed. there is a lot of differant things I have read so I want to ask on here. what should I be feeding them, they will be foraging some of the time but as a staple, what should the feed be? is chicken feed good or something else? And I read that it should not be fed dry, should I mix water I with the feed or just have water next to it? I am planning on raising them for eggs.
