What to Feed Hen that has Stopped Laying

It just dawned on me that I may be making a mistake by continuing to feed one of my English Orps layer feed despite the fact that she hasn't laid in more than a month. The other one hasn't missed a beat, laying nearly every day.

Should I revert to starter crumbles for the one that stopped? I am currently feeding my Australorp pullet starter (Cluck & Co. organic).
