Personally, after all of this and after you already removed the eggs and disturbed her sitting once, I would probably remove the remaining eggs and let them hatch in the incubator. Others might disagree. If you do leave her sitting on the remaining eggs you need to LEAVE THEM ALONE. Monitor the situation from a distance, in case she does the same to any other chicks, but don't get any closer than you absolutely have to (watching through a window or even setting up a camera would be good) and definitely don't take her off the eggs or take the eggs out from under her to see what's happening.
