what to feed momma peahen with chicks

My peahen has hatched out three chicks. They are kept in a secure pen with a large pan of chick starter for them and they eat it up. But is chick starter enough for the mama pea hen? She is used to a large variety of seeds and grains. The chicks are only a few days old so I am not sure what I can leave in the pen for mama since the chicks will be exposed to it too. Advice?

Chick starter is fine, she’ll eat anything th chicks do. If you can, you always put the mother’s foods higher up.

Gamebird starter is better if you can get your hands on it. Mealworms are another favorite treat that is good for the young chicks
