What to feed peachicks?

I might let the peahens hatch their own chicks but then move the hen and her babies into a smaller pen until they get a bit stronger. Say if the hen lays the eggs in a place that isn't safe, what do I do? Should I move them into their coop to keep them safe from predators?

They have a habit of scattering their eggs until they decide they have found a safe place. I generally pick up the eggs and put them in a more protected spot in the pen or coop. Once they have accumulated enough eggs the hen will start setting. I also date the eggs and remove any that are ten days or older and put them under a chicken or incubator.

Is ivormectin a good wormer? We use it to worm our cattle. So would it be good or should I get the fenbendazole?

No, it is NOT. Fenbendazole or Albendazole are my first choices.
