What to feed quails?

I have NO idea what to feed quails and need a little help on what to feed them from
0-8 weeks
Adult hood-Death

I am feeding mine turkey starter (or finisher cant remeber) mine are adults though so dont know about young. For me i would feed them the same probably

Purina gamebird starter.
Layena gamebird starter.
Any gamebird feed having 24% or higher protein that is not intended for chickens.
