What to feed the chickens?

Ok.. the coop is 95% done. We'll post pictures when completed.

In about a week we'll be getting our chicks..

we'll be getting 2-3. So, please tell me, what do we feed them and how much? We want to make sure our eggs are full of flavor etc..

How old are they? Layer feed at 15 - 16 weeks.

we feed can corn pea's green beans and they love it and if you wont a real show give them a head of lettuce.

Ricco, in the beginning you need to feed medicated chick starter unless your birds were vaccinated for cocci. If they weren't then feed the peeps medicated starter for at least 8 weeks to build up resistance against cocci, a very common disease.

Fresh water at all times is a must for healthy chicks. Good Luck.
