WHAT TO FEED WHEN THERES NO CHOOK FOOD

I was not expecting this would happen so soon. The chicken food has run out and I didn't know what to feed the girls, so I bought a big bag of dog food to last till next week, they free range as well, water from a large container with chicken nipples for drinking, the best things I ever bought, If for some reason CHOOK food can not be bought, I have lentils I can cook for them. There is no bread, flour, hand sanitizer, cleaners toilet paper in any of the stores,. We are in the proverbial and it's only just begun,. But I have eggs and they are a good meal, even if you have to cook them and feed them to the flock. Stay safe be vigilant

Great ideas. I hope that doesn't happen here, but it helps to be prepared.

Where do you live that there is no chicken food? Have you tried ordering it online? Have you tried searching for a feed mill near you?
