What To Feed

Is there something else can feed a young (3 day old) chick besides buying a 40lb bag of chick feed for one wee chick? I'm thinking maybe something I could pick up at a pet shop?

Chick starter comes in smaller bags, also. Southern States carries both sized bags, just in different places. I can't speak to the other feed stores. Have you asked about it at your local store?

We got our chick feed from Manna and it comes in a 5 pound bag. One 5 pound bag should do your one chick until they are ready to switch to grower feed lol

Amazon has some listings for it here in the US. If I remember correctly, they have a dedicated site in Canada, so see if they have any online to offer.
