are you raising meat birds, those are the only kind I know grow with speed. They are usually ready to process before 12 weeks old.
 
hi and welcome you cant possibly rush the growth of a bird. meat birds do grow fast but if you dont have meat birds than just buy them chicken scratch (cracked corn and wheat) and let them out to forage chickens need pebbles to eat and bugs a variety in their diet so they are healthy. i dont really like chicken food i like my chickens to be more organic i feed mine food in the winter. goodluck.
