What to make with Masa for the Chooks?

I have a bag of masa that is about to expire. I already made my tamales for the year and have an extra bag that I prob won't use. Hate to see it expire and go to waste, it seems like I could make something for the chickens with it. I have some 4 week olds..Is it safe to give them masa. It is a finely ground up corn powder.
Ingredients say: selected corn treated with lyme.

What can I make them with it, if it is okay for them to have it...any ideas? Thanks

Just add water
Chickens arent picky

use it in a corn bread recipe. add a little extra oil and no salt. cool and freeze, I add extra eggs. they love it.

Or just add water to it and cook it into a mush on the stove. Throw in some eggs till their cooked, let cool and stand back.
