What to plant in the salad bar? Salad bar pics please!

I saw the shipping and about croaked too..it just all adds up so fast. I keep seeing people say how they spend a few dollars for 25-50lb of BOSS - sunflower seeds..and here it is like $1 per pound..then chicken feed has skyrocketed too..I just have a few feet to seed..hoping to find something local.

haha, I thought of asking if anyone wanted to split a pound and I would send for cost ... but I'm new here.
What the heck am I gonna do with all this seed?

Wow, that is quite a shipping bill. Where are you? I may take the mix list to a local supplier in that case...
Last year I used a grass seed mix for orchards it is Dwarf Perennial Rye Grass and Creeping Red Fescue. The chickens loved it and its pretty tough to traffic.
Also used buckwheat, but I am running out of sunny space this year as the people garden keeps expanding.

When we get our salad bars made we need to start a thread showing them off!​

I have a small area to seed as well..I am going to the health food store and buying a lilttle of this and that from the bulk section..buckwheat, oats, rye, clover, etc..the USPS charges crazy amounts for shipping anything now.
