What to put on the floor?

I'm converting a 12' x 12' barn stall to a coop. It has a dirt floor now. What do you folks recommend for bedding in this case? I know concrete would probably be best, but I'm not looking to spend that much money. Just figuring out what would be the most sanitary and easy to clean bedding.

I prefer a dirt floor coop with a layer of pine shavings. Dust with DE or ag lime now and then, clean out once or twice a yar and compost. Poop board if you want but if you stir in the poop it helps break down the shavings.

Yeah, I'd just use shavings and the deep litter method.
