What to put with my Pekins

What would be best breed to put with my Pekins (Cochin)? only wanting small breeds has have them in my garden has pets!! Looking at adding 2 new hens in

Silkies and bantam Faverolles are small and docile.

So iv stuck to Pekins, and all seems good but one chicken out of my flock will chase and peck and jump on the new chickens back when out in the garden but is fine while in the coop and is fine with the new ones to huddle up with them all at night hoping it will settle down in few days and stop Peking them in the garden
