What to treat with?

Hi everyone, I have a flock that is starting to get sick. My question isn't what is wrong with them, they have some type of cold. One of my girls has yucky eyes and my barred rock roo is sneezing along with a few others sneezing. My question is what should i treat them with? I have to do this in a somewhat larger scale because I have 41 Birds. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

I'll give ya another bump just in case someone comes around and can give advise, also might look up Respitory illness and see if you can match your birds symptoms up with any.
