Please count the tracks on your roof . Late on the evening of Dec 24 in 1958 my father went outside and fired a shotgun ; came back in and told us he had shot Rudolf . I thought he was joking and although Santa delivered gifts he never landed OUR roof that year or any year since . Still wondering ............

tracks in the snow around my coop if there is anything out the i would know the turkeys have trampled all the snow in to a nice near ice pack all i see are turkey tracks, its kinda bad when your dogs all together dont weigh as much as one turkey

I haven't seen any fresh tracks around the coop, but a nature walk with my daughter the other day revealed we have 2 porcupines living in the back 40 (note to self: no free ranging the dogs in the back). The coyotes and bobcats haven't been around yet, but they will be making an appearance any time. We have a healthy population of rabbits and squirrels around. And no signs of minks, weasels or raccoons.

It's a funny thing you should ask because I went out to feed my chickens and I thought why are all these chicken tracks out here. My chickens havn't been out since it snowed so it must be turkeys.

Just my Great Pyrenees's tracks in my own yard, but just outside of my fence, and I mean JUST outside of my fence, like they're standing there peering in but won't dare set foot in my property because of said Great Pyr, are a bunch of raccoon tracks.

Thankfully Aslan does such a good job of barking his head off all night and keeping predators at bay, it doesn't bother or worry me. Like I said, they will not dare set foot in this yard because of him, even when my chickens free range.
