What treat did your chickies get today?

I have a question about a treat. Is it ok for chickens to eat "stink bugs"? every day I collect a handfull of them, and just thought of giving them to my chickens for a treat....but I want to make sure they would be OK.

My girls got some dried Mealworms.......they also got into my bag of sunflower seeds to help them selves to a treat.

There is a list somewhere on this site that has forbidden treats but I think mostly plants are on the list (Maybe under learning center?)

They are adult chickens, right? If you put a few in front of them to try and they don't think they stink too much you might find out if they are ok. But I'm no expert on stink bugs.

bagels and a few pieces of wheat bread. They would still prefer I let them out of their yard to dig up the garden though... gotta get the garden fence up...

The older girls had strawberries, cantaloupe, and angel hair pasta. The 2 wk old chicks had boiled egg for their first ever treat today - they LOVED it!

fresh spinach that was getting a little gooey, left over peas and a mole cricket

Broccoli, Kale and Boss. And earthworms ( we were planting the garden).
