What Turkey To Get?

Hi! I want a turkey that can't fly and is heritage, Got any suggestions?

Holland white is a good heavy heritage bird, you could also try some bourban reds. Neither of the birds I mentioned have tried to fly on my, stay away from beltsville whites and midget whites as they fly like a crow!
