the eggs were sold as black copper Marans and Blue Ameraucanas. I’m not too sure? Are they actually?
Of the 12 Ameraucanas only 2 hatched, of the 16 BCM only 5, worst hatch ever, I won’t ever buy from him again.

Any idea what these are?

Full body pics would be helpful. The second bird is an Easter egger, the third is a BCM, the fourth is a Easter egger, the fifth is a barred rock, the sixth is a BCM and the last one appears to be some sort of mix

I’ll try to get some full pics tomorrow.
I assumed the barred rock and Easter eggers :/
We’ll still love them ;)
The two with the black beaks are the only 2 with feathers down the legs.

All the barred ones appear to be mixes, the one in the 6th picture could be a Sexlink. The rest are Easter eggers

Sixth in the second post looks like a bcm to me, has the exact same face as my two pullets. She may turn out to be a little blue-er than your suspected cockerel. I have one blue and one black pullet and a black cockerel, they look to be around the same age so tomorrow perhaps I can post some pics of them for reference.

I have had a similar thing happen to me in the past. I was looking for some pure Rhode Island Red eggs. I bought 3 dozen eggs from a fellow. I had a good hatch but they came out looking like Production Reds which I'm sure they were. I never bought any more eggs from him. I finally found a breeder and he sent me 15 eggs, 3 hatched.
