What type of chicken is this? And is it a rooster?

I have no idea what type of chicken this is. It came with my Easter eggers but it looks nothing like my others. I'm also thinking it might be a rooster. It's about 8 weeks old. It's not crowing but it is fighting with my Easter egger rooster

Here's a closer look at its comb

It has a pea comb, but no beard or the leg color. The white is pretty cool, though. I would guess a EE x RIR cross.

He/she is an odd fellow. All of the other chicks I got from the same batch have slate color legs and this one has yellow.

Did you get this chicken from a hatchery? Or a backyard breeder? I'm always suspicious when none of the typical EE traits are present that it is simply a barnyard mix with a peacombed parent. But yes, the early developing comb and darker red patch in the wings indicate cockerel.
