with wyandottes the lacing is called red even when it is lighter brown or dark brown.

But silver laced is always black on white.

So, there’s a color of Wyandotte called Blue Laced Red. Very similar looking. The lacing is the gray edge of the feather.

And with the color blue, if you breed two blue birds, you get 50% blue, 25% black, and 25% splash.

Splash is a very pale gray-white color with darker flecks.

So, when you breed Blue Laced Red Wyandottes, you get a mix of colors: mainly BLR, but some Splash Laced, and some Black Laced.

Your hen is Splash laced. She is paler than a BLR, with small darker flecks in the lacing.
