What type of chicken is this?

I was told that this was a bearded silkie, however, it doesn't look like a silkie at all to me. He's very pretty and I really like him, but I would like to know what breed it really is. I'm knew to raising chickens, so I certainly don't have all the answers! LOL The picture doesn't show his feet, but they are feathered as well. I have posted a problem he is having with his feet as well in the emergency and disease section. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the suggestions! I would guess you could be right about the cochin part. The lady that had this chicken also has cochins. I just wish she wouldn't have told me it was a bearded silkie if it wasn't. He is beautiful though!!
