What type of chicken is this

Hi I am very new to the chicken thing and would like to know if anyone knows what breed of chicken this is. The man I got it from thinks all his chickens are Rhode Island Reds. I know this not to be the case and have found the correct breeds of many of my birds but I have not been able to pinpoint this particular birds breed. She has black almost blue green featers and the feathers right under her beak are a crimson red. Also she seems to be sneezing. What can I give her to treat this? I don't want it to be passed on to my entire flock.

Sounds like a black sex-link, but without a picture it is hard to be sure.
