what type of chicken

i have a flock of broilers and i know ther gona die so what type of chicken do you guys recomed i get after they need to be friendly calm and docile and dot mind being picked up and (played with) (good with kids basicaly)

My Rhode island reds are very friendly and let the kids carry them all over.

buff orpington my girl so sweet and loving and easy going and doing research that is in general the breed nature there so easy going that in mix flock bo are usally at bottom of pecking order

I second the Buff Orpington suggestion. Easter Eggers can also be very friendly.
