what type of duck is this?

This is my duck Taylor. 6 weeks old. My husband bought him/her 1 week old. The store owner told him he was a pekin duck. As we can see he is obviously not a pekin from his brown color. We ate new to the duck family. We just want to know what kind he/shs is.

Wait.... Look up pics of buff and saxony. I just saw some on a thread that's close to the top of the list, about duck houses. One of the pics has several saxony ducks in it. Look pretty similar to yours. You should check out that thread. Really cool duck garden in it.

I thought Saxony too then I saw Golden cascade, so now I am confused.

Probably Saxony though OP's has more buff color.

Thanks so much for the thread link. I think it's between saxony and the golden cascade. I'll wait maybe two more weeks before deciding which duck he might resemble more. He looks like both right now
