I'd say it's a Hovabator.

The "Little Giant" has larger windows and some have the electronic thermostat.

The one in the picture, with small windows, has a "wafer-thermostat" = Hovabator.

From what I've read, BOTH work fine IF handled correctly.

I'd suggest FAN and Egg-Turner for either.
