What Type of Marans?

Can I get some opinions on these chicks?
I ordered 6 eggs they sent 9 only these 2 hatched.
They are both Supposed to be Blue Marans.
Yet one looks like it could be a cuckoo Maran.
5 1/2 weeks old
I will also attach pics when they were new.
