What type of Rooster is this little guy?

Hi, got this rooster from Tractor Supply and he's suppose to be a Welsummer, he was suppose to be a welsummer pulled he looks quite different than what I thought a Welsummer Rooster should look like. Any thoughts? Opinions?

I haven't had a welsummer rooster, but they do feather out darker on the chest, and the leg color is correct. Why do you think it's not a welsummer?

He looks like his hackle and other feathers are coming in silver, not gold or red like Welsummers. So I would guess he's silver pencilled Plymouth rock.

He looked like a welsummer as a baby but very very light in color; this is him as a baby and now almost one month

I researched what a welsummer rooster looks like at one month and he does not look like any pictures I've seen :-( but hope he turns out to be a Wellie Roo

He looks silvery to me, but who knows? If he's light gold then maybe he is just a little off in color for a Welsummer. But my hunch is that he's something else, probably a silver pencilled rock. It will be interesting to see what he looks like when older.

I think he could be a welsummer: ever heard of a Silver Duckwing Welsummer? There's gold Duckwing Welsummer too....rare breed I've been looking online. ..maybe I got one
