I think he could be a welsummer: ever heard of a Silver Duckwing Welsummer? There's gold Duckwing Welsummer too....rare breed I've been looking online. ..maybe I got one

Those look more like Silver Sussex. A Silver Welsummer would have yellow legs.

Do you know what hatchery your TSC get their chicks from? I wonder if he is a Silver Leghorn, they are much more common than Silver Welsummers.

Not sure but good thinking I'll call and ask. I was suppose to get 4 welsummer pullets. The cashed who gave the chick's to me didn't even know which chick's were what. But these were in a bin with cuckoo maran, buff orpington, and Welsummer and had pullets, capitalized

Silver Penciled Rock or Silver Leghorn. You aren't going to find some rare colored Welsummer at a TSC. There is only one recognized color for Welsummers in the U.S.

Here's an up close of his body color. As a baby he looked identical to a welsummer but very very light in color
