Out of the 4 welsummers I know one is for sure a rooster as I posted his picture wondering if he's a true welsummer. But, now I'm questioning my other 3 welsummers if they are male or female. Here are a few pictures.

Those are definitely females, and they do look like they are Welsummers.

The welsummer with the bigger comb is questionable to me, roo/hen?

In the second picture w/ four of my chick's it's the welsummer in front right side next to my maran.

Rosey brown chest feathers always means female. Males will never have that particular shade on the chest, regardless of breed.

Hey I wanted to share an update. Took this picture of my welsummers yesterday: I have 4 of them (one turned out to be a rooster) here is a picture of them as a baby they all look like welsummers but the rooster was the lightest color of the 4. I'm curious if he's gonna be a welsummer roo.

From my understand lighter marked ones are roosters and pullets have darker more defined head stripes and eyeliner.
