We have Americana, RIR, Polish that are tan or gray, a mixed blue lace wyandotte, and another mix that might be part Wyandotte or Easter egger.

Americana if it was spelled that way can also be called Easter Eggers.
It would of been either it or the EE cross if it is indeed an EE cross.

We thought the ones with beards are called Americana. Are the Easter eggers the ones a little colored the same but without the beard feature?

Easter egger and americaunas are the same thing, mixed breed birds that lay pastel eggs.
Ameracauna, notice the middle A instead of an I, are a real pure breed that lay blue eggs.
