What types of birds have crests? And what breed is this Rooster?

I have a pair of female bantams who look like Japanese solid white with black tails but they have crests so I am thinking mixes
they are very flighty and hard to get close to. This is the best picture I could get. She's the white one towards the back almost between the two grayish brown ducks. she's got a straight comb.

This is the rooster that came with them any idea what he is?

The rooster looks like a Japanese bantam.

I can't get close to the two crested girls, they look just like my black tailed white Japanese who is in the front of the picture they just have crests. They are clean legged too.

The girls are mixes probably with Japanese Bantam blood and the rooster looks like a Black Tailed White Japanese Bantam

Oh that's good news for the rooster then I have two Japanese bantam ladies a buff ( Ishtar) and a white ( angry bird)so when ever I get to dividing my birds by breed they got a man. What could give the girls a crest tho? I figured they were probably Japanese mixes it is the other breed that confuses me Lol

They probably have Polish or Silkie blood in them somewhere down the line.
