Hello!
This is my first and only ameraucana so I'm very new to the breed.

I have been looking online for hens that look like this pullet but can't find any.

I bought her from a local feed store so she's most likely not show quality, but I love her anyways. She has a lot of personality.

Does anyone know what her color is called and if so do you have any pictures of what she will look like when she's grown?

Thanks!

You can't find the variety because she isn't an Ameraucana, she is an Easter Egger (mixed breed bird that carries the blue egg gene). Sadly, what all hatcheries and feed stores falsely advertise as Ameraucanas. Your girl looks like the classical brown and yellow Easter Egger hen. Every hen varies in color, shape, and size, but chances are your girl will look something like this.

Agreed. She is not an Ameraucana at all, but an Easter Egger of mixed parentage and color. Green legs are a giveaway that she is not an Ameraucana--they have slate legs.

You won't find a true Ameraucana from any hatchery, and therefore, not likely from any feed store, most of which buy their chicks from hatcheries.
