It was a balmy 27 F, that is -3C to kiwis, here with a small snowfall. I got off work early so it was still light enough to walk my dog and it felt really warm. I must be acclimating. Then I plasticked up the coop for what's coming tomorrow, like 8 to13. (-13 to -10 C).

It got up to 57 today, 45 at 8:25PM on it's way down to 32 tonight.

Fire is in the fireplace and the family room is nice and toasty.
The chickens all set a little closer to each other on the roosts on nights like this.

Got a heat wave of 24F going right now. Have a Chinook wind howling through here too.
