what week to get cornish game bird sized cornish X's

Just wondering what week if one was to process some chickens but only in the cornish game bird sized.

I over bought on Cornish X's as thinking about processing a few early and I have no idea what week to do this in. my birds are 2 weeks old today and they are getting heavy already.

if you want Cornish hens process at 5 weeks normally I process at 8 weeks and I let a few go to 13 weeks didn't have any leg problems or heart issues.

I've heard 28 days for a Cornish Game Hen sized bird.

I do mine at about 4-5 weeks or 2.5 lbs live weight.
