What weird stuff does your dog like to eat?

Mine like to eat out of the snack box AKA: litter box. My male likes to eat his own poop but will pee on my females. She's not fussy she'll eat any kind of poop she can find. But she will drop it when I tell her to. Him, I can be chasing him around the yard and he acts like he has his favorite bone and I want to steal it from him. Yuck! They like to eat grass clumps from the lawn mower as well.

How about what my dog HAS eaten. One of them has separation anxiety pretty bad, and has eaten underwear, socks, a PINT of window glazing (yeah, the stuff with silica in it), shoes, coats, a cell phone, a dog bed, blankets, jeans, baskets, styrofoam...ugh, I'm sure there's more. He will eat any edible food item too, including all vegetables.

I have 2 dogs. Let's see: cat poo, dog poo, deer poo, horse poo, any poo. raw Kale, bread, cheese, yogurt, potatoes, furniture, walls, anything wood, linoleum floors, dirt, pills, stuffed animals, rugs, window trim, metal objects, crayons, magic markers (after they write all over each other), paper, did I miss anything?

Onions & garlic can cause anemia in cats & dogs

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If this is true, why do they sell Brewers Yeast w/ Garlic for dogs ?Isn't the garlic good to repel fleas and ticks?

My 1/2 Doberman, 1/2 Westie year old pupper dog eats acorns, earthworms, bugs and anything else of interest in her big pen.
She went through a period of hoarding things in her kennel at night, tissues, toys, pieces of trimmed horse hoof she snuck in the house.

My Doberman of course loves horse poop, but most memorable was a week old dead huge catfish that had been floating around the pond I caught her finishing off.

My westie is a fastidious, nothing to report.

I have a chiweenie that likes wine, coffee, and vegetables. Also all 5 of my dogs like horse treats the horses dont want and 2 of my dogs like lay crumble (not to mention lay crumble is my goat's favorite snack over horse treats and grain).

It does repel fleas, but do a google search, then please make your own decision. The question was posed, I answered. I personally choose not to feed my pets garlic or onions based on my above post.

One of my dogs used to EAT (not just chew) the toes of my oldest son's sweaty, stinky, disgusting socks - if he could get them right after my son took them off he was a happy doggy.

Horse poo...no idea why...and rocks...again, no idea why!

She has been on Iams since she was five weeks old and she's either 13 or 14 as of last month.

I guess horse poo does a body good!!
