I grew up in the '90's. I didn't watch a lot of TeeVee, but these are the shows I can remember catching every once in a while. Beast Wars, Pokemon, Goosebumps and G's Island were probably the most-watched.

Beast Wars (had THE hugest crush on Dinobot you don't even...)
Old School Sesame Street (with like the crazy disco pinball machine and mind-bending flashing colours of awesome)
