Bobwhite Quail, from what I've read, requires 55-65% humidity up to day 20, then 65% -80%.
I have a copy of an incubation chart, just look on my BYC page and click on the page for incubation. I save things like this so I don't go crazy looking for the same things over and over.
I have an old wet bulb themometer that comes in a unit with a dry one. Now, please correct me if I'm wrong, but there is a conversion chart that is attached to this old unit and you have to read the degrees difference between the two themometers to find your humidity percentage. Or, at least that's what I do for mine.
