What Worm Would This Be

They are about 2-3mm long and white

We have noticed them on one of the girls poo ( they were all wormed with kilvern back in april this year)

i believe they may be tapeworm - what treatment is available in Australia?

It could be tapeworm segments, and usually they move about in fresh droppings. They are more rare in chickens, and are best treated with a product that contains praziquantel. Praziquantel dosage is 10 mg per kilogram (each 2.2 pounds.) Some dog and cat wormers Droncit and Drontal contain praziquantel. In the US, Equimax and Zimectrin Gold have it. In AU, Wormout Gel has it, but you would need to give the 10 mg per Kg. Your regular dog vet would probably sell you something.
