A Turkey sized, meaty bird. If nobody likes Turkey(My Mom) Make a bird just as large, that's not a Turkey.

This is a very interesting project. I've keeping Cornish X as pets, and plan on breeding them with a dual purpose breed, (you may have read my thread about it actually lol) thinking BR and see when I get for a possible slower growing meat breed. If you try the cross, I'm interested to see how it goes.
